MW Coaching and Mentoring help individuals and teams unlock their full potential through personalised career and leadership coaching, both virtually and face to face. Their ethos is simple yet powerful: guide people to shine. Their new brand identity had to reflect this mission. A visual story of reflection, discovery, and brilliance.
The brand needed to communicate depth, authenticity, and transformation while remaining approachable and professional. It had to resonate with individuals seeking personal growth and organisations driving leadership development. The visual identity had to reflect the thoughtful, people-centred coaching process while conveying the energy, clarity, and empowerment clients experience.



The logo embodies the brand’s values: Reflect, Discover, Shine. Mirrored ‘M’ and ‘W’ forms symbolise balance and introspection, while the openings in the ‘M’ suggest new opportunities. Light flowing through these shapes represents empowerment and brilliance, reflecting the mission to guide people to become their best selves.
