The Kellogg’s R&D ‘Unleashing Brave Minds’ conference brought together more than 200 members of the R&D community, in Manchester for a bold celebration of imagination, courage, and collaboration. Braveminds was designed as both a creative platform and a safe space, encouraging colleagues to push boundaries, connect deeply, and explore what it truly means to unleash brave minds.

The Brave minds identity was built around an evolving silhouette. A face filled with vibrant circles symbolising diversity, talent, and potential. These circles became the unifying language of the event, reflected in a playful custom display font that captured the energy and creativity of the R&D team. Together, these elements created a unique, inspiring environment where brave thinking was not only discussed but actively experienced.


The Braveminds conference strengthened team culture by celebrating diversity, creativity, and courage within R&D. Colleagues left with renewed connections, fresh inspiration, and a stronger belief in their ability to lead with brave minds.
